Your feedback helps us improve care. We welcome compliments, concerns, complaints, and suggestions about the care or service you received.

If you have a concern, it’s best to start by speaking with someone at the facility where the care was provided. If you still need support, you can contact our Patient Experience  department.

You can also choose to share your story, to help us learn and see care from the patient’s point of view. Stories can be shared in writing, in person, or by video, and may be shared with staff or our Board of Directors.
