Home Care is a comprehensive community-based program that provides essential support in the home to anyone, regardless of age, who requires health care services or assistance with daily living activities.  Referrals to Home Care can be made by a nurse, family member or doctor.  Home care can be provided on a short-term basis, for example, to provide help following a hospital discharge.  This is not an emergency service.  Please plan ahead.
