The Northern Health Region Home Care program can assist you with applying to a Personal Care Home (PCH).

The Home Care Case Coordinator has information to share with you regarding PCH and other options in your community that might be helpful to you and will help with making application to PCH when you require this level of care. They will explain the process for getting onto a wait list for a PCH, discuss how that wait list is managed and share other information as relevant.
