Services Provided:
- Primary Care Providers: Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners provide care for people of all ages, helping with both common and ongoing health concerns. They diagnose and treat illnesses, offer check-ups, prenatal care, manage chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure, and provide preventive care such as health screenings. Family doctors also perform minor procedures and offer advice on staying healthy. When needed, they can refer patients to specialists for further care.
- Same-Day & Walk-In Clinic: Access to a Clinical Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner for non-emergent care needs.
- Primary Care Nurse: Primary Care Nurses provide comprehensive, person-centered healthcare services to individuals and families. They assist with a wide range of health issues, which include blood pressure monitoring, STBBI testing and treatment, ankle brachial index (ABIs) assessment and reports, dental pre-ops for children, wound care, ear flushes for individuals aged five and up, pap tests, pregnancy and abortion inquiries, removal of stitches and staples, wart treatment, urinary tract infections, navigational and educational services to assist chronic disease management and health promotion and vaccine-related services and Mantoux testing for University or occupational requirements.
- Specialist Access: Visiting Neurologist, Obstetrician, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Patient Information & Requirements:
- Appointments: Contact the Clinic by phone or in person to book an appointment with Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Nurse.
- Same Day/Walk-In Appointments : Book in person or via phone Monday through Friday. These services are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach capacity. Once the daily limit is met, patients will be advised on alternative care options or offered the next available appointment.
- Specialty Services: Referrals required for specialty services (Neurology, Obstetrics, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner)
