- Premium financial incentives:
- Incentive Pay
- Above the 53rd parallel including the Northern Health Region, Berens River, and Churchill): pay of $10 per hour or an additional 25% of current wage, whichever is greater
- Eligible for additional Weekend “Super Premium” incentive and Full-Time Nursing Incentive

- When the work facility is 50 km or more from your home address you can receive:
- Paid travel time (at your regular pay) and mileage calculated to and from your home address
- Per diem: $60 per day below the 53rd parallel and $65 per day above the 53rd parallel
