Leaf Rapids ID Fair

The Leaf Rapids ID Fair provides access to a variety of free and essential services for community members.

Services available include:

• Free Manitoba Birth Certificate Applications
• Assistance with Manitoba Health Card services, including:
  • Changes to personal information
  • Adding a dependent
  • Replacement health cards
  • New plastic health cards
  • Other health card-related services
• Public Health Services, including:
  • Immunizations
  • Sexual health education and screening
  • Prenatal and postpartum resources and education

Walk-ins are welcome.
