Primary Care Clinic
The Primary Care Clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Closed on weekends and statutory holidays).
Appointments are available between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
The Thompson Clinic currently has providers accepting new clients.

Walk-In Clinic
The Walk-In Clinic at 50 Selkirk Avenue, Thompson is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hours:  Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM / Saturday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Closed on statutory holidays)

Prenatal Clinic
Open Saturdays from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM at 50 Selkirk Avenue.

Appointment with family providers, In-person and telephone options available

Walk-In Clinic  – Every Tuesday at 11:00 AM  – 5:00 PM

 Offering all primary care services for ages 12-25 including:

  • General Health Concerns
  • Sexual Health
    • Including PAPs, STI testing and treatment, pregnancy tests
    • Contraception (birth control), insertion & removal of IUDs and birth control implants
  • Mental Health
  • Medication refills
  • Referrals

All Ages: IUD insertion/removal, birth control implant insertion, and medical abortion.

Visit in person during walk-in hours or call 204-627-6468.

No referral is needed. Visit during walk in hours to discuss your options.  Once you’ve received a prescription, you can return to walk-in for your procedure.

Same Day Access appointments are available to the public at The Pas Clinic (4th Floor, St. Anthony’s General Hospital), Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.
Patients must call 204-623-3334 to book a same-day appointment. Calls are accepted starting at 8:00 a.m., and availability is limited.

Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners provide care for all ages, including check-ups, prenatal care, chronic disease management, minor procedures, preventive care, and referrals to specialists.

Specialist Access
Visiting Neurologist, Obstetrician, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Patient Information & Requirements:

  • Scheduled Appointments
    Contact the clinic by phone or in person to book an appointment with a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Primary Care Nurse.
  • Same-Day Appointments
    Same-day appointments can be booked by phone. Patients will be provided a scheduled appointment time that same day. These services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach capacity. Once the daily limit is reached, patients will be advised of alternative care options or the next available appointment.
  • Walk-In Appointments
    Walk-in appointments can be booked in person only, Monday to Friday between 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. These services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach capacity. Once the daily limit is reached, patients will be advised of alternative care options or the next available appointment.
  • Specialty Services
    Referrals are required for specialty services, including Neurology, Obstetrics, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner care.
