Shared Health along with the Regional Health Authorities are aware that Bell MTS is diagnosing an issue which may not allow 9-1-1 calls to be placed outside of Winnipeg. Within Winnipeg, 9-1-1 services remain active.
Anyone experiencing a medical emergency is still encouraged to dial 9-1-1 as the first option. If the call does not go through, please call the Manitoba Transportation Coordination Centre directly at: 204-625-2111. – Posted as of 2:30 PM July 22, 2026
