Join us in welcoming our new primary care providers who have arrived in the Northern Health Region. 

The Northern Health Region is excited to welcome several new providers to our Primary Care Clinic teams. Each of these providers brings unique experience, compassion, and a shared dedication to caring for the people and communities of the North.

In The Pas, we welcome Dr. Nicolle Ann Barbaran, Dr. Elena Sakharov, and Nurse Practitioner Jessica Yameen who have joined the team at the Fischer Avenue Clinic. 

In Flin Flon, Dr. Sarah Abiolo-Ojo and Dr. Sadia Homyra are now part of the Flin Flon Clinic team.

And in Thompson, we’re pleased to welcome Dr. Tolulupe Akinboni, Dr. Roopam Gill, Dr. Liya Maliyakkal Abdulgafoor, and Dr. Chioma Umeh, who have joined the team at the Thompson Clinic. 

We’re excited to have them join our teams and look forward to the positive impact they’ll make in the health and well-being of residents across the North.
