The Leaf Rapids Health Centre will be temporarily closed effective July 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. This is the result of wildfire activity near the community. The community is under a mandatory evacuation order.

No services will be provided during this temporary closure.

For emergency services, please call 9-1-1. If you cannot connect with 9-1-1, please physically present at the nearest emergency centre.

For general health concerns, please present at your nearest facility for all health-related assistance.
