The safety and well-being of our patients and teams remains our top priority. Only employees designated as essential are to remain in evacuated areas to support NHR services. All others should follow local evacuation orders.
If you’ve been evacuated, please call 1-844-306-0040 by 2:00 p.m. on May 30, 2025 to discuss your plans and available options.
Follow the prompts when calling:

• Option 4: MAP
If leaving a message, include your full name, classification, department, and a number where you can be reached.
